2. Roles and Responsibilities
For the Photographer:
- Conceptualize and execute the photographic work with creative integrity and professionalism.
- Provide clear communication regarding project timelines, objectives, and expectations.
- Share proofs of the final work for review before publication or exhibition.
- Protect the personal and creative integrity of all collaborators.
For the Collaborator:
- Participate actively in the creative process, including discussions and the photoshoot itself.
- Share your perspective, story, or inspiration as it relates to the project’s theme, if comfortable.
- Commit to agreed-upon schedules and timelines for the photoshoot and any related activities.
- Respect the photographer’s creative vision while sharing feedback constructively.
3. Rights and Ownership
- The Photographer retains copyright and creative ownership of all images created as part of the project.
- Collaborators will be granted non-commercial usage rights to any images in which they are featured, provided proper credit is given to the Photographer.
- Any commercial use of the images by either party must be agreed upon in writing beforehand.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal stories, data, and details shared by collaborators will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Any sensitive information will only be used as part of the project with explicit consent from the collaborator.
5. Collaboration Fee
- This is a non-paid collaboration, intended for artistic exploration and mutual growth.
- Any travel or incidental expenses will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
6. Exhibition and Promotion
- Images created as part of this project may be exhibited in galleries, online, or in publications.
- Collaborators will be informed of any major exhibitions or publications and credited appropriately.
